2. The cooling system must be grounded, and the water tank and waterways should be cleaned regularly. The temperature control point of the refrigerated water tank should be reasonable. Otherwise, it will cause the laser tube to be easily damaged and the power to decrease due to dew formation, the cold water head to off, and the lifespan to be significantly shortened. Sometimes it may not work at all, leading to frequent tube replacements.
3. The water protection should be inspected cleaned regularly. The cooling water may not be able to open the water protection float switch or the water protection float switch may not reset, and short-circuit methods should not be used to solve this problem. The cooling water quality should be good, and the aluminum oxide on the water nozzle is too severe. After a period of, the pump and pipes, as well as the dirt in the water protection, should be cleaned regularly. Otherwise, it will cause the laser tube to burst or cold water head to fall off.
4. The suction device should be inspected and cleaned regularly, and the fan and air duct should be cleaned. Otherwise, a of smoke and dust cannot be discharged, which will quickly pollute the mirror and laser tube, causing poor contact due to oxidation of various mechanical and electronic components.
5. Check the focusing mirror and reflecting mirror. After a while of work, the mirror frame heats up, the surface of the mirror changes color and rusts;embranization and cracking are all signs that they need to be replaced. Especially when many customers use air pumps and air compressors, this can quickly accumulate water the focusing mirror, so it is necessary to regularly check the cleanliness and quality of the mirror (the laser tube’s light output port) and the optical system.
6. The machine’s working environment should not be too harsh. If the environmental temperature is higher than 30 degrees or lower than 18 degrees, with much dust and severe air pollution, the machine will be severely damaged and the failure rate will increase; in humid environments, electrical components are prone to problems. Therefore customers are particularly reminded to improve the working environment and to regularly maintain and service the machine.
7. The power of the electrical grid should match. The power distribution contact points of each part of the equipment should be good (the fan, water cooler, laser machine, laser power supply, and computer should be independently powered).
8. The working current of the laser tube should be reasonable, and it should not be kept at 90-100 light intensity for a long time The use of the laser should be reasonable and the laser energy should be saved. The optical system should be clean and correct. Otherwise, it will cause the laser to age and break too soon. Therefore, when the laser machine is working, the light intensity should be set at 50-60%, and then working speed should be adjusted according to the material. This is the best working state for the laser tube.
9. The base plate and the material to be processed be flat. Otherwise, it will cause the focal length to be inconsistent, some places may not be cut through, and this will require increasing the light intensity, will cause the laser tube to age quickly.
10. The laser power supply should have good heat dissipation. Otherwise, once the working current is set above50%, the temperature will rise significantly, increasing the failure rate of the laser power supply. For example, in the TM series machine, the side door can removed to allow the heat from the power supply to be directly dissipated.
