1. Turn on the main power switch of the machine tool. Turn on the control power of machine tool (key switch). Wait for the system self-check to complete, and return each axis of the machine tool to the reference point.

2. Start theiller, check the water temperature and water pressure (normal water pressure is 5bar). After powering on the chiller for 3 minutes, the compressor starts the fan rotates, and the cooling process begins.

3. Start the air compressor and air dryer.

4. Wait for the chiller to reach the set temperature (set to 21 degrees), then turn on the main power of the laser.

5. When the panel of the laser shows “HV READY”, apply high voltage6. Confirm the type of material, the thickness of the material, and the size of the material before cutting.

7. Adjust the material so that its edges parallel to the X-axis and Y-axis of the machine tool, to avoid the cutting head working outside the range of the material.

8. Move the Z-axis the starting point of the cut, simulate the program to be executed, ensure that there will be no soft limit alarm, enter the editing mode, and adjust the, speed, and piercing time according to the type and thickness of the material.

9. Only switch to the execution state and proceed with the cutting of the work after all the above steps are normal.

10. If any abnormal conditions such as slag hanging or slag return occur during the cutting process, stop immediately, find the cause, solve the problem, and then continue cutting to avoid damaging the equipment.

11. After the work is completed, shut down in the following order 1) Turn off the main power of the laser. 2) Turn off the chiller. 3) Turn off the control power of the machine (key switch), and turn off the main power switch of the machine tool. 4) Turn off the air dryer. 5) Turn off the air.
